Frequently Asked Questions

Works, photo prints & paintings

Is the artwork accompanied by a hanging system?

Nails and screws are not provided with your artwork, allowing you to choose the most suitable hardware for the nature of your wall and your display space.

However, an aluminum rail hanging system is available. Both discreet and refined, it ensures a stable attachment and an elegant presentation. You can select this option when configuring your order.

How to care for your artwork – Photos under Plexiglas, on Alu Dibond, or on Canvas?

To preserve the beauty and depth of your artwork, gently dust it with a soft, dry cloth, ideally microfiber.

Avoid cleaning products containing alcohol or ammonia, as well as applying excessive pressure when wiping. These precautions ensure the longevity of the colors and the delicacy of the finishes over time.

What types of artworks are suitable for the kitchen or bathroom?
  • In the kitchen

The choice of the ideal medium depends on the location of your artwork. As a general rule, all our finishes can be installed in a kitchen, provided they are placed away from heat sources (oven, stovetop). For more exposed areas, opt for metal prints, which have a protective coating that is durable and easy to clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Avoid any contact with acidic or abrasive products, which could damage the surface or colors.

  • In the bathroom

Works that include photo paper or plexiglass are generally not suitable for humid environments. For a wet room, prefer moisture-resistant supports, such as direct printing on Alu-Dibond, known for its stability and durability.

Do you use vegan inks?

Traditional photo prints contain some animal-derived components, including gelatin. In contrast, our Fine Art prints on Hahnemühle paper are made with 100% vegan inks that are environmentally friendly and museum-quality.

Also printed with vegan inks are artistic canvases, available in matte or glossy finishes, as well as sublimation textile prints.
