At Espoir Photos, we do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to ensure secure delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart when you place your order. This calculation is based on several specific criteria:

Total order weight: each product added to your cart affects the final shipping cost.
Product dimensions: large products (paintings, prints, frames, etc.) require special packaging.
Delivery address: the rate is adjusted according to your country and delivery area. Products can only be delivered to the countries listed in the delivery form.

The final shipping cost is always displayed before you complete your order, ensuring complete transparency.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times include several stages:

custom production and preparation of your order;
secure packaging;
transport by our partner carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

- For deliveries within the European Union (EU), the delivery times are:
  - Paintings and photo prints: 4 to 6 business days
  - Photo poem books: 10 to 12 business days
  - T-shirts and sweatshirts: 5 to 7 business days
- For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (non-EU), the delivery times are:
  - Decorative paintings and photo prints: 7 to 9 business days in North America, China, and Japan; 10 to 12 business days in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar
  - Photo poem books: 12 to 15 business days
  - T-shirts and sweatshirts: 8 to 10 days in North America, China, and Japan; 12 to 15 business days in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.

⚠️ Espoir Photos and the carrier do everything possible to deliver the Products within the time frames displayed at the time of ordering, which may depend on the number of orders in progress. However, these time frames are provided for guidance only and, due to factors such as the number of orders in progress, traffic, and weather conditions, may be exceeded. Exceeding the delivery time indicated to the Customer at the time of ordering does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Customs and Taxes – Outside the European Union

For any order shipped outside the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to:

customs fees,
import taxes,
or other specific duties depending on the regulations of your country.

These fees are not included in the price displayed on the website at the time of ordering and remain the customer’s responsibility. These taxes are generally paid when the order is delivered, according to the rules in force in the destination country. Customers are responsible for contacting their local customs office before placing an order to obtain precise information about any applicable import fees.

Delivery Tracking and Security

Every order shipped from Espoir Photos includes a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

Our teams ensure that each product is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the parcel and the product. We will do everything possible to find a quick and satisfactory solution.
